Return Policy for CARTER CLVB

1. Physical Products
If you purchase any physical merchandise the following applies:
• Returns: You may return any physical product in its original, unused condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us at info@carterclvb.com to initiate the return process.
• Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Exchanges: If the item is defective or damaged, you are eligible for an exchange. Please contact us to arrange the exchange.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
2. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., locked albums, exclusive content), all sales are final. Once the digital product has been purchased and accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Community Guidelines & User Conduct for CARTER CLVB
